Marina Shores new Apartments proposal appears to invade the RPA buffers

Here’s the first info we’ve posted about large changes proposed to the existing Marina Shores.

HERE’S THE PROPOSAL FOR THE 332 APARTMENTS AT MARINA SHORES:

CONCERNS/QUESTIONS:

#1. THEY ARE TRYING TO BUILD IN THE 50’ CBPA BUFFER.
    THEY DON’T EVEN LET A SINGLE FAMILY HOME NEAR THE BUFFER.
    THEY ARE BUILDING ON THE EDGE OF THE WATER.
   
    CBPA MADE MINIMAL COMMENTS TO THIS PROPOSAL.  WHY?

#2. ROAD ACCESS. THERE’S ONE WAY IN & ONE WAY OUT.

#3. NEED ZONING CHANGE.  CURRENTLY B-2 (NO RESIDENTIAL)
    THEY’RE GOING FOR THE HIGHEST RESIDENTIAL DENSITY.
